The villa has an area of ​​392.26 m2 where there is a swimming pool of 60 m2, which was built in 2019 on a plot of 1300 m2 and is only 600 m from the sea. In addition to the kitchen with dining area and living room, we offer four luxurious rooms with 25 m2 bathrooms.
