The heart of Monte Pin Residence is 800 m² villa, made in Tuscany style characterized by natural, warm colors. All furniture and floors in the villa are made of a combination of olive tree wood and white pearl marble. To complete the soothing atmosphere of the villa, you can choose from carefully selected finest local wines and beers from our cellar. If you wish to stay active during your vacation or just relax in the natural surrounding we offer you a 2 km long trim track passing through a pine forest, 50 m² covered swimming pool with saltwater and adjustable temperature, massage jets and coloured lights, surrounded with 200 m long sunbathing area made of athermic stone with high quality anatomic deckchairs and a pool house decorated with seashells and corals to recreate a seaside experience. Near to the swimming pool there is a tennis court made of artificial grass, covered with quartz sand, and equipped with lights so it is also suitable for a night practice. Montepin Residence also includes a well equipped gym for those who don’t want to skip their daily practice, and a Springfree trampoline – fun for all the family. After an active day, you can relax in our Finnish sauna or just play a game of billiards on Brunswick billiard table. Or, if you need a time for relaxing and contemplation in the natural environment, you can have a walk among 700 trees from all parts of the world that will make you breathe easier and sleep stress-free.
